Booking Instructions

We are currently booking appointments through text however, you are more than welcome to call and discuss any questions you may have.

Deposit Policy: All services require a deposit. A text message with a $40 Venmo request will be sent to you to book your appointment. If you do not use Venmo, your other option is Cash App or Paypal. A deposit is required to book an appointment, without it, you do NOT have an appointment booked at the suite. Please keep in mind, the deposit will be applied to your service cost.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: Please note that you are allowed to reschedule or cancel your appointment no less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within the appropriate time frame will be refunded their deposit. *Note: Deposits are non refundable for appointments missed, cancelled, or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice.

Late Policy: You have a 15 minute grace period from your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive over 15 minutes late, you forfeit your deposit and have to come back at a different scheduled time (unless we state otherwise, we will try to fit you in if our schedule allows)

Packages Policy: Those who pay packages in full do not need deposits for their scheduled appointments, however the lateness and cancellation policy still applies. If you are over 15 minutes late and we cannot accommodate you, or if you cancel less than 48 hours in advanced, you must pay a balance of $40 for your time slot missed. Without this payment sent, you cannot return to the suite. All Packages expire within 3 months of the date of payment.

MOBILE SERVICES

Glow Up Suite does in fact provide Mobile Services within New York. Service prices remain the same as the website in addition to a travel charge. Mobile Services must pay a deposit of 50% of the totality in order to book. Mobile Service deposits are non-refundable.

Host a party of 5 for any service and the host receives her service for a discounted price. Please inquire about the service you are interested in hosting. Parties are required to deposit 50% of the totality in order to book. Deposits are non-refundable.

Lena does it all. Lena gave me my first facial and ever since then I have been basically living in her suite. I have never felt so pampered in my life! Since I have been regularly going to her- my rosacea is basically non-existent. I also do laser hair removal treatments with her. The process is fast and minimal pain!
